1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bk9911 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of all use of the website located at https://bk9911.vip and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, game systems, sportsbook services, payment portals, and customer support channels operated under the bk9911 brand.

By completing the registration process on bk9911, by depositing funds into a bk9911 account, or by placing any wager through the bk9911 platform — whichever occurs first — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you fully understand their contents, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bk9911 platform and close your account.

bk9911 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 1.1 Governing Language

In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between an English version of any bk9911 document and any translated or localised version, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

1.2 Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the bk9911 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of their account's existence:

Accepted documents include government-issued national identification cards, valid passports, or equivalent identity documents recognised in Bangladesh. bk9911 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time during a Player's account lifecycle, not only at withdrawal.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To place bets or access real-money casino games on bk9911, you must first complete the registration process by providing accurate, truthful, and complete personal information as requested. bk9911 maintains a strict one-account-per-player policy. You may not register more than one account, whether under the same name, the same email address, the same device, the same payment method, or the same household. Duplicate accounts detected by bk9911's systems will be suspended without prior notice.

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number — must be accurate and kept up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles bk9911 to suspend or permanently close your account, void all associated bets and winnings, and retain any deposited funds pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk9911 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use any automated software, bot, or script to access your account. bk9911 will never contact you by any channel to request your password. Any suspicious or unauthorised activity on your account must be reported to bk9911 support immediately at [email protected]. bk9911 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their login credentials.

3.3 KYC Documentation

bk9911 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time frame (typically 7 calendar days from the request date) may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed. Documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with the bk9911 Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the bk9911 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bk9911 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change; the bk9911 cashier will display currently available options at the time of transaction.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit on bk9911 is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by bk9911, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to your bk9911 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
• bk9911 does not charge any deposit fee. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside bk9911's control.
• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds from third-party accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• bk9911 reserves the right to run anti-money-laundering (AML) checks on deposits and to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. bk9911 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• A completed KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts will have withdrawal requests held until KYC is completed.
• Withdrawal processing times are dependent on the payment provider selected. bk9911 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfer methods.
• bk9911 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per day, which will be communicated in the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.
• No fee is charged by bk9911 on standard withdrawals. Players should be aware that their payment provider may apply fees independently.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended pending the outcome of an AML review, a responsible gaming review, or a fraud investigation. bk9911 will communicate the reason for any delay to the affected player within a reasonable time frame.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bk9911 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms stated here and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for the matter in question.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded on bk9911 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, minimum odds (for sports bets), and expiry period for each bonus will be clearly stated at the time of offer. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.

5.2 Bonus Abuse & Fraud

• Registering multiple accounts with the intention of claiming the same welcome bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited.
• Coordinated play between two or more players to exploit bonus terms, manipulate wagering requirements, or guarantee profit from promotional offers ("bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring") is prohibited.
• Low-risk hedging strategies designed specifically to fulfil wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk are prohibited and may result in wagering contribution being reduced to zero at bk9911's discretion.
• bk9911 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend any account where abuse is identified or reasonably suspected.

5.3 Promotion Availability

Promotions offered by bk9911 are available to eligible players in Bangladesh only, subject to the specific eligibility criteria stated in each promotion. bk9911 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Seasonal promotions — including those aligned with Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments such as the BPL and T20 World Cup — are time-limited and subject to their own individual terms.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a Player on bk9911, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — lawful personal entertainment in the form of online casino gaming and sports betting — and to conduct yourself at all times in a manner consistent with these Terms and with applicable law. The following conduct is explicitly prohibited on bk9911:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading personal information at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during registration, KYC, or support interactions.
• Registering or operating more than one account on bk9911, whether in the same name or under different identities.
• Using the platform in any manner that could be construed as money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic device to automate play, simulate human interaction, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over bk9911.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, display errors, or misquoted odds. Any bet accepted in error or at a clearly incorrect price is void, and bk9911 reserves the right to correct such errors without prior notice.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider betting, including placing wagers on events where you have non-public information that could influence the outcome.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, access control, KYC process, or responsible gaming restriction in place on the bk9911 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bk9911 support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Accessing the bk9911 platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful, or using a VPN or proxy to disguise your true location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

Any breach of the above prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will be dealt with accordingly, up to and including permanent account closure, voiding of all associated bets and bonuses, withholding of deposited funds pending investigation, and referral to relevant legal authorities where appropriate.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your bk9911 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending withdrawals and bonus amounts not yet released) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of the applicable KYC and AML checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Closure or Suspension by bk9911

bk9911 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player is found to be under the age of 18 or otherwise ineligible under the criteria set out in Section 2.
• The Player has provided false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage.
• The Player's account activity has triggered AML, fraud, or suspicious activity alerts that cannot be resolved through the standard KYC process.
• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion or a responsible gaming restriction that requires account suspension.
• bk9911 is required to do so by applicable law, a court order, a regulatory authority, or a lawful instruction from a financial institution.
• Continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable reputational, legal, or financial risk to bk9911.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bk9911 will attempt to contact the registered email address prior to applying a dormancy maintenance fee or closing a dormant account. Players who wish to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected] to confirm their identity and resume activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bk9911's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, any bet or wager, or any use of the bk9911 platform shall be limited to the net amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player and currently held in their bk9911 account balance at the time the claim arises.

bk9911 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of betting opportunity, or emotional distress, whether arising out of contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if bk9911 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• bk9911 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond bk9911's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.
• bk9911 is not responsible for the quality, speed, or reliability of the internet or mobile network connection used by the Player to access the platform.
• bk9911 is not responsible for any loss resulting from a Player acting on information, tips, betting advice, or predictions obtained from third-party sources unaffiliated with bk9911.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or the acceptance of a bet, bk9911 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players without further liability.
• bk9911 is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, internet infrastructure failure, or payment system outages.
